With eCommerce sales up 25% over the month of March in the US in response to COVID19, social distancing has lead to a spike in e-grocery sales, doubling during this time frame according to data from Adobe Analytics.
Stockpiling has seen an increase in the sales of gloves, hand sanitizers, and anti-bacterial spray by a massive 807%, while toilet paper sales increased by 231%.
Another industry that’s seen a spike is the home exercise equipment vertical, seeing an increase in sales of 55%, while laptop and desktop sales also increased by 40% to keep up with the demand of our entire workforce working from home.
